A new air-rights commercial office development over Cannon Street mainline and underground stations in the City of London for Hines UK Ltd.

The 57,800 sq.m scheme incorporates commercial office space, reconfigured and new station facilities and concourse for the mainline station, new ticket office and access to LUL station and new retail accommodation.
The expressed steel mega-structure of the office building spans and cantilevers over the railway and LUL stations and tracks, minimising the impact on the Scheduled Ancient Monument of the Roman Governor’s Palace below.
The scheme received planning consent in January 2005
