The project is situated in a conservation area in the City of Westminster and incorporates the Grade II listed former town hall.

The Caxton Hall building is to be refurbished and converted to provide thirteen residential units.

A new free standing ten-storey office building is to be constructed adjacent to the retained building. The new building's circular plan form resolves complex geometries created by the neighbouring buildings and creates a new landscaped public space adjacent to the London Underground station entrance.

The scheme achieved detailed planning consent in April 2004
