An international competition winning project for eight highly flexible low energy mixed mode office buildings set within landscaped surroundings adjacent to Brno University.

The masterplan creates a traffic free landscaped focal space which provides a functional and symbolic link between the new buildings and the adjacent technical university. The project was put on hold after the first building containing 4,000 sq.m of offices was completed, due to a downturn in the Czech Republic's economy.

The completed Phase1a of the masterplan has won a "Best of Realty" prize for estimation of investment potential in the Czech Republic.
