This masterplan for a commercial air-rights development at Euston Station in London, comprises a mix of uses including offices, retail and railway station facilities.

A dramatic new station concourse is proposed from which easy pedestrian access is possible up to a new landscaped public square at the heart of the new commercial development.

Careful consideration is given to ensure easy pedestrian accessibility from the adjoining streets in order to knit together with the existing urban grain of the area.
