The second phase of the Leeds City Office Park development, is designed specifically for occupation by BT Cellnet.

The office accommodation is organised round a central atrium. Due to intensive use of the building as a customer care centre, it incorporates displacement ventilation and a chilled ceiling system within a modelled and exposed concrete ceiling soffit.
