This mixed use project incorporates office, retail and residential accommodation into a seven storey 1920's commercial building, located in a conservation area within the City of Westminster.

The internal re-organisation and remodelling of the upper floors enable a new central core to be inserted into an existing lightwell. The new core incorporates two escape stairs in a space saving scissor stair configuration and fire resistant glass lift shafts.
