Planning consent has been granted for the air rights scheme originally submitted in June 2004. October 2004, Awards for 35 Homer Road
35 Homer Road wins the BCO award for the "Commercial Workplace Building" Category in "The Midlands and East Anglia" Region. July 2004, Drapers' Gardens planning consent

June 2004, The New Exchange planning submission
Foggo Associates have submitted design proposals for a mixed-use scheme for the London Fruit and Wool Exchange building and adjacent sites in Spitalfields on behalf of the Corporation of London.

The scheme achieved detailed planning consent in April 2004, which led to a site sale in June 2004. Lifschutz Davidson are acting as executive architects to implement the consent for the new owner.
