October 2001, 280 Bishopsgate - completion The building and Spitalfields ramp and estate works has been completed. Fitting out has commenced for full occupancy by The Royal Bank of Scotland.

September 2001, BCO Awards - Foggo buildings short listed Two Foggo designed City of London buildings, 111 Old Broad Street and 60 Queen Victoria Street have been short-listed in the 2001 BCO awards.

May 2001, 19-32 Moorgate - on site Work has started at this City of London Site. The main contractor for this project is Laing.

April 2001, 60 Queen Victoria Street - RFACT short list The Foggo designed building on Queen Victoria street has been short-listed for the RFACT Building of the Year award.

March 2001, 32 Homer Road - planning consent Planning consent for a new Foggo designed office building, on Homer Road in Solihull has been granted. Construction begins in September 2001.

January 2001, 131 Finsbury Pavement - occupied The building has been let in its entirety to the OM Group, and is currently being fitted out.
