Situated in a conservation area in the centre of the City of London. Seven-storeys of office accommodation are organised around a central atrium and the main passenger lifts. Other cores containing stairs and toilets are located against the party walls.

Retail accommodation flanks one side of a pedestrian route that is linked to an enlarged and upgraded square to the rear of the site. The main elevations incorporate pre-stressed stone trusses in front of glazed bay windows between precast concrete structural piers.
