This fifteen-storey project is located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets between the original Spitalfields Market and the Broadgate development.
Air-conditioned office accommodation is organized around two internal cores and the ground floor also incorporates retail space.
The floor to ceiling glass curtain walling is articulated on the Bishopsgate elevation to demarcate the main entrance. The excavations were subject to extensive archaeological investigations due to substantial Mediaeval and Roman remains being found on the site.
