The development incorporates commercial office space, reconfigured and new station facilities and concourse for the mainline station, new ticket office and access to LUL station and new retail accommodation.
The expressed steel mega-structure of the office building spans and cantilevers over railway and LUL stations and tracks minimizing the impact on the Scheduled Ancient Monument of the Roman Governor’s Palace below.
